Impressions of the Leipzig Festival of Lights 2015
25,000 Leipzig residents and guests came to Leipzig’s Augustusplatz on the 9ᵗʰ of October 2015 to join leading representatives in commemorating the autumn of ’89. Under the motto “Freedom – Equality – Brotherhood?”, they experienced a moving artistic programme. Actor Florian Lukas, TV journalist Pinar Atalay and the choir of the Leipzig Opera interpreted the motto with critical reflection. Here you can see some impressions of the evening.
