4. Cookies
This web site uses so-called "cookies"; these are text files that are stored on the user's system and enable LTM to analyse use and optimisation of the web site. They serve to make our website more user-friendly and effective. We use cookies in the following scope:
- There are transient cookies in temporary use on our website. In particular, this includes session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which different browser requests can be assigned to the shared session. This allows your browser to be recognised when you return to the website. The session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
- We also use persistent cookies (temporary use). These save certain settings so that they are available to you the next time you visit the website. For example, we can remember your language settings for 24 hours. These cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depending on the cookie. You can delete cookies at any time via your browser's security settings.
In addition, third-party providers also implement so-called third-party cookies during your use of our website. Third parties are service providers with whom we work to make the website available. These include, for example, advertising networks, range measurement and payment functions (see also the use of Google Analytics). Third-party providers set these cookies independently; we have no influence on them. You can delete these cookies at any time via your browser's security settings.
